WEDLI is a not for profit dedicated to promoting the growth of economic development in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Join toxin-free land care crusader Edwina von Gal to get all of the good dirt on soil health. it is the new frontier. Healthy soil means healthy, strong and resilient plants, no need for chemicals. Learn the importance of soil tests: how to send soil samples for for testing and most importantly how to interpret the results. Take a look into the guts of your garden as we explore the soil biome under the microscope. learn all about the world of compost tea: how to make, how to know when it is good. Get familiar with the equipment, the process and the benefits of adding compost tea into your organic gardening routine by making your own or becoming an educated consumer.

We will also induct the new officers and board members of WEDLI. Includes networking, appetizers, dinner, dessert and wine.

Fertilizer education opportunities for retailers, landscapers, and lawn care professionals.

Join for a lecture and VIP meet and greet cocktail party with Dr. Zach Bush. Dr. Zach, leading authority on the gut biome and human health, will discuss how to optimizeyour microbial health in a toxic world.

The lecture will take place at 4PM at the Amagansett Lifesaving Station Museum. A voluntary donation for the lecture will be taken at the door.

Following the lecture there will be a VIP cocktail party where you can meet Dr. Zach and talk health at Arthur Altschul’s fabulous PRFCT landscape and Norman Jaffe designed home at 6PM

The cost of the VIP party is $150 and includes a reserved seat at the 4PM lecture. We will send details on the cocktail party upon ticket purchase.
