It’s estimated that every day 500 million+ plastic straws are used once and tossed in the U.S. alone. Find out how you can help reduce this number by joining Surfrider Foundation Group for East End, and Atlantic Marine Conservation Society for the screening of the documentary STRAWS. Electrical Hazards Awareness Program Workshop
584 W Hoffman Ave, Lindenhurst, NY 11757, USAhttps://lirpc.org/event/electrical-hazards-awareness-program-workshop/584 W Hoffman Ave, Lindenhurst, NY 11757, USAElectricity is a serious and widespread hazard to arborists. In fact, electricity causes about 15 percent of all fatalities in the tree care industry, making it the leading cause of worker fatalities.
The Electrical Hazards Awareness Group (EHAP) is great way to keep your crews aware of electrical hazards and reduce injuries and losses, plus keep them trained and ready so you’re prepared to qualify for storm clean-up at any moment.
The workshop is being funded in part by Arborist Safety Training Institute .
