EDP was asked to analyze “land use”, “land available for development” and residential “buildout” for all of Suffolk County. This includes the analysis of ten towns, and thirty-three villages in the County. The number of separate parcels investigated totaled over a half-million parcels. This support initiative for the DHS SWP was conducted in two phases: Existing Land Use Inventory/Land available for Development and Residential Buildout. AICP-CM Credits are being requested.
