Learn About the Impact of Plastics on our Marine Environment & What We Can Do to Prevent Plastic Pollution at a free educational forum Leading experts in the field discuss impacts of plastic pollution on our wildlife, water, and communities. Speakers will include Huntington Town Supervisor Chad Lupinacci, Rob DiGiovanni, Atlantic Marine Conservation Society, Christina Manto, Wildlife Conservation Society and Adrienne Esposito, Citizens Campaign for the Environment.

Southampton will be holding a S.T.O.P. (Stop Throwing Out Pollutants) collection Sat. April 27 from 9am– 2pm at the North Sea Transfer Station. Drop off your household pollutants, lawn and garden products, automotive fluids, & pool chemicals for proper disposal.

Celebrate Earth Day with a full day of educational family fun featuring nature programs, live animals, music, art, games and food.
