    The Climate Reality Project, created by former Vice President Al Gore, focuses on mobilizing people, at all levels of society, in taking action to finding a solution to the climate crisis.  Cate Rogers of the Long Island Chapter will discuss what climate change means for the East End, the effects that we are experiencing now, and how we can take action.
