    Suffolk County Police Dept. along with Community Partners Smithtown Central School District and Community Association of Greater St. James, Inc. present What You Need to Know, Heroin & Prescription Drug Education and Awareness. Presentations will be given by the Suffolk County Police Dept, Community Relations Bureau, Suffolk Medical Examiner’s Office, Suffolk County Office of Mental Hygiene, and the Suffolk County Police Academy’s E.M.T. unit. Optional Narcan Training includes Free Take Home Kits. Operation Medicine Cabinet- Bring your expired or unwanted prescription medications for safe disposal by the SCPD, all are welcome, appropriate for ages 15 and older.

    House Tours of Scully mansion conducted by staff from Seatuck Environmental Association. Enjoy a behind the scenes tour of the Scully mansion and learn about the history of the family that owned the estate and how Hathaway “Happy” Weekes Scully ensured its preservation. Tea and light refreshments will be served. Fee $10.
