The LICAP public hearings are held to elicit feedback from the public on the draft Groundwater Resources Management Plan. LICAP welcomes all comments, questions and suggestions with regard to the Plan. During each hearing there will be a presentation summarizing the Plan’s content by Suffolk County Water Authority Water Resources Manager Steven Colabufo, P.G.

Notice is hereby given that they Suffolk County Board of Ethics will convene a public meeting in the Office of the Board of Ethics. Pursuant to the Citizens Participation Act, all interested persons are invited to submit testimony, either orally  or in writing, at the meeting.

Parks & Trails New York and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, with support from Governor Cuomo and the NYS Legistlature, are pleased to announce the third round of competitive grants through the NYS Parks and Trails Partnership Program. The program is administered by PTNY, in partnership with OPRHP. The program is  $500,000 capacity-building matching grants program funded through the NYS Environmental Protection Fund.
