Come in and get warm on a tour of the greenhouse! Meet Carl Gabrielsen and see his amazing hydroponic operation which allows him to grow fresh lettuce and herbs without soil.

Learn how Carl’s switch to hydroponics in the off-season allowed him to keep employees working during the winter months and expanded his business, providing you with freshly grown lettuce, herbs and vegetables all year round.

You will leave with a fresh head of lettuce for your table!
